I specialize in personalized service so that together we can design the cake of your dreams. Whether it is a birthday cake for 20 or a wedding for 500, I go over every detail to make sure that the cake I prepare will be exactly what you dreamed of!
For weddings, I offer a complimentary Bridal Consultation at which time you can taste a sample cake (in your flavor choice) and you may take the rest home with you. At the consultation you can also see photos of all of the wedding cakes that I have designed over the years. We can then discuss the style of your wedding, as well as your likes and dislikes and I can prepare a sketch based on the styles you choose. Most wedding consultations last an average of 1 1/2 hours to give us ample time to discuss the details. At that time I can also give you a price based on the cake you choose. I require a 25% deposit at the time a wedding cake is ordered and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date. I do, however, allow changes to your order up until two weeks prior to the wedding.
I am available by telephone Monday through Thursday 9am until 6pm at (925) 672-9453. Due to the nature of my business, I am not available by phone on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. My Bridal consultations are by appointment only Monday through Thursday mornings, afternoons, and evenings and are limited on weekends by my design and delivery schedule. Please call to schedule your appointment at least two weeks in advance.
